Dan Clark | VP of Product Innovation & Strategy
Dan Clark, VP of Product Innovation & Strategy, is a transportation industry innovator. He has dedicated his career to making shippers, carriers and intermediaries more efficient.
Dan founded Kuebix to deliver on his vision of a cloud-based transportation management system that is accessible to companies of every size and level of complexity. Trimble’s acquisition of Kuebix in January 2020 is enabling Dan and his team to further expand Kuebix’s capabilities and provide next-level collaboration, visibility, and control to the industry.
Prior to founding Kuebix, Dan served as Division Vice President of Operations and Sales at Central Freight Lines, where he managed 23 separate Central facilities. While filling various Director roles at the USF group of freight companies, Dan managed all aspects of operations and sales, and he worked directly with information systems to develop automated applications that allow users to achieve greater efficiencies.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.

Dave Lemont | VP & GM
Dave Lemont, VP & GM, has launched, grown, and guided numerous software companies from inception through dramatic growth and success. He is an expert in identifying industry-changing ideas and building winning go-to-market strategies. Dave served as CEO of Currensee, which created the first social network for the foreign currency (FX) market. Currensee was acquired by Oanda Corporation, one of the largest FX brokers in the world. Prior to that Dave was CEO of AppIQ, the leader in Storage Management Software. AppIQ was acquired by HP creating over a 6X returns for the investors. Immediately prior to joining AppIQ, Dave was CEO of Revit Technology, where he led the company through its successful 2002 acquisition by Autodesk. Earlier, Dave was Chief Operating Officer at Concentra Corporation, the leading provider of CRM solutions for product configuration, which he led to an IPO in 1996 and ultimately a sale of the company to Oracle Corporation.
Dave is the founder of Lemont Consulting and through this work has guided hundreds of entrepreneurs and been a member of eight different start-up boards.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University.

Hetal Joshi | VP of Worldwide Services
Hetal Joshi, Vice President of Worldwide Services, is a senior consulting leader with over 18 years of management consulting experience. He has successfully managed all aspects of transformation, from strategy definition to implementation of transformational initiatives. Hetal demonstrated proven ability to leverage best practices to achieve operational efficiency, cost savings and revenue growth
Prior to Kuebix, Hetal managed the Customer Experience & Process Transformation Practice at Cognizant, where he developed the go to market strategy and growth plans for the global business. He has also worked at Deloitte & Touche and built two start-ups from the ground up. Hetal has successfully built high performing teams of over 100 resources and managed business growth with profit-and-loss responsibilities of over $18 million.
Hetal holds a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Emanuel Kadziela | VP of Engineering
Emanuel Kadziela, Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for managing the entire engineering organization at Kuebix.
Before joining Kuebix, Emanuel served as Senior Director of Engineering for OANDA Corp., where he managed a geographically dispersed engineering team, started new business lines and was involved in company-wide initiatives including the implementation of Agile processes. Another effort required re-architecting and rewriting core systems from a hodgepodge of languages, frameworks and code as old as 20 years. Prior to that Emanuel managed the entire engineering organization as Currensee, Inc.’s Director of Engineering. This included development, quality assurance and large parts of product development and research. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior software developer for Yodle Inc., a local search and online marketing startup.
Emanuel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from MIT.

Peter Lanell | VP of Sales
Peter Lanell, Vice President of Sales, has been successful in building and leading sales operations from initial product introduction to over $100 million in revenues. His sales acumen spans products, applications, markets and sales models and includes extensive experience in enterprise applications sales across a variety of disciplines including Product Life Cycle Management (PLM); Customer Relationship Management (CRM); and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Prior to joining Kuebix, Peter was Managing Partner at CSO on Demand, a consulting company assisting early stage technology companies with the development and execution of their go- to – market strategies.
Peter’s executive sales leadership principles have been impactful in early stage companies such as nSuite (acquired by Symantec), Engineering Intent (acquired by Autodesk), Supplybase (acquired by i2 Technologies) and at Concentra (IPO). He has also held executive positions at GE, Oracle and i2 Technologies.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northeastern University.

Mike Sofer | VP of Business Development
Mike Sofer, VP of Business Development, is a dynamic business leader with more than 25 years of experience impacting business decisions, growth and sales for both start-ups and growing companies. He has a strong track record of building ROI and profitable relationships with clients, business partners, and other third-party organizations.
Prior to joining Kuebix, Mike was the EVP of Business Development and Sales for Medical Search Technologies where he helped to grow the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies adoption. Mike’s deep understanding of the SaaS marketplace has driven sales for enterprise clients and improved channel effectiveness to grow companies revenue exponentially. Mike has also held senior sales positions at companies such as PeopleSoft and Echo Global Logistics.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University.

Mike Doyle | VP of Product Management
Mike Doyle, VP of Product Management, is an expert in retail supply chain management and customer engagement strategies.
By combining his supply chain and consumer expertise, Mike implements initiatives designed to further engage current Kuebix customers and reach the millions of businesses everywhere that could benefit from Kuebix TMS.
Prior to joining Kuebix, Mike served for over 13 years at Wayfair, a leading online provider of home furnishing and décor. At Wayfair, Mike held a number of key roles, across multiple disciplines, and was instrumental in scaling the supply chain operation to support a $2 billion business.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College.

Sarah Clark | Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications
Sarah Clark, Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, oversees all marketing and corporate communications activities including lead generation, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing communications, advertising, events and public relations.
Over her career, Sarah served as District Director for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. As one of the original team members at New York-based digital PR pioneer Middleberg & Associates (later acquired by Euro RSCG) Sarah created communication strategy and public relations campaigns for numerous start-up through enterprise companies and opened a Boston regional office. Sarah has offered consultant services through SClarkPR to Boston-area businesses and immediately before joining Kuebix in early 2015, she managed communications at St. Mark’s School.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Boston College.

Chris Conway | Sr. Director of Business Intelligence
Chris Conway, Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics, is tasked with ensuring systems and processes are in place across the organization to capture information efficiently and deliver timely insights that enable informed, data-driven decisions.
Prior to joining Kuebix, Chris served as Director of Product Management at SmartStops.net, a provider of online portfolio monitoring and alert services that helps institutional and individual investors identify and manage risk.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as Sr. e-Business Manager at Silicon Graphics and Director of Market Development at ITM Software where Chris helped deliver the first integrated Business Management solution for IT. He has served in product marketing and business strategy roles at several early stage startups including Terraspring, a utility computing infrastructure company acquired by Sun Microsystems and Spoke, one of the first business focused social networking solutions.
Chris holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
