Leaders at New Jersey-based furniture maker Inmod knew there had to be a smarter way to manage the company’s transportation operations. The fast-growing international manufacturer and distributor was looking for a way to maintain quality and service levels while reducing the amount of time associates spent processing a rising volume of shipments. A new transportation management system (TMS) from Kuebix LLC was just what the doctor ordered, and today the company spends about a third less time processing shipments than it did just a few years ago—allowing workers to get more orders out the door faster than ever before.
